Botanical name: Rosmarinus officinalis 'Tuscan Blue'

'Tuscan Blue' is an upright shrub that grows 4'-6' tall and wide. It has olive green, needle-like, small, aromatic leaves and bright showy lavender-blue flowers that are larger than other cultivars, blooming in winter and spring. This shrub is drought tolerant once it's established, preferring full sun and well draining soil.

This perennial will reach about 3' tall and has small green leaves with purple flowers that bloom during warm weather. It is frost tender but will come back when the ground warms up. Feed with an all-purpose fertilizer once a month during the growing season. This shrub works as a great groundcover. Pinch ends to promote dense growth.

This mat-forming ground cover, 12"-18" tall and wide, does well in full or part sun, needing regular watering and more during hot summer spells. Dark green leaves turn reddish in fall. This plant spreads by rhizomes. This plant does best in well draining soil but will tolerate clay soil.

Otto Quast Spanish Lavender

Botanical name: Lavandula stoechas 'Otto Quast'

This round shrub will grow to about 1-2' high and has small, gray green leaves with purple flowers that bloom in summer. It is more prostrate than its parent Lavandula stoechas. The flowers resemble a purple pineapple! 'Otto Quast' is drought tolerant once it is established and cold tolerant to 5 degrees F.
