This groundcover/grass can slowly reach up to 1' tall and 18" wide. During spring, thin lime green blades of grass rise, with red tips. With warmer weather, blades turn completely red. This plant looks great in containers, with rocks, in alpine gardens, in borders. It is dramatic when back lit.

Silver Arrow Miscanthus

Common name: Silver Arrow Miscanthus
Botanical name: Miscanthus sinensis 'Silberfeder'

This attractive ornamental grass reaches 8' tall and 3'-4' wide. Foliage is green, slender, with a white color midrib. It tolerates wet conditions, wind and snow.
